Am I ready to use your services?

If you urgently need a new client next week, we are not a great fit. We work with established coaches, consultants, entrepreneurs, and book authors. If you already have a business that’s running and want to grow your audience, increase your authority or simply share your message with new people, we’d love to hear from you.

How much time is required?

During the onboarding process (first 2 weeks), we’ll need ~2 hours of your time. As we start introducing you to podcast hosts, you’ll need to prepare for each episode (at least 30 minutes) and, of course, show up (30+ minutes).

What are the costs?

Our packages start at $1,200 per month for a minimum of a 6-month commitment.

Do you offer a trial period?

It takes approximately 3 months before you start seeing some traction. Because of that, we don’t offer any trial period but you can cancel anytime. Learn more in our Terms of Service.

Why should I pick you and not do it myself?

If you have 10-20 hours a week, you should be good to do it yourself after a couple of days of learning how to do it. If you don’t want to dedicate that much time, we’ll do it for you.

What's the ROI of your service?

It comes down to what you want to achieve through podcasts. In general, PR activities are unfortunately not easily trackable. But there’s an immense value in exposing thousands of your ideal customers to your knowledge, expertise, and services for 40 minutes.

What makes you better than other agencies and consultants?

Compared to other agencies, we don’t ruin your reputation by sending low-quality pitches. Our guest email introductions are often praised by the podcast hosts as the best they’ve ever received. On top of that, you’ll always have us in your corner to help you get the most out of podcast appearance.

Can I pick podcasts I want to be featured on?

We’d love to see your suggestions! With that said, if you’ve never been on a podcast, it’s unlikely you’ll get featured on Tim Ferris show. It all boils down to your track record. We’ll work with you on the strategy that reflects your current podcast social proof and evaluate which shows might be the good fit.

Can I generate leads with podcasts?

Yes, but it’s important to set the right expectations. Podcast Guesting is not a lead generation strategy but rather a PR strategy. It’s nearly impossible to track the exact ROI of each appearance since what you’re effectively doing is creating high-value touchpoints that are a part of your overall marketing strategy.

What equipment do I need?

We recommend that you purchase an external USB microphone and basic headphones to prevent echo. Some podcasts require video too, so a webcam and decent background are also very useful. If you don’t have any of these things, the cost will be approximately $200.
